VISION
The right to organized healthcare is one of the fundamental human rights and it is the subject of interest of every human being. At the world level, there is no unified model for the organization of the healthcare system, but that organization differs from country to country.
This contributes to different treatment outcomes, treatment inconsistencies, and fluctuating healthcare effectiveness. This creates a need for mutual convergence of different approaches to the organization of healthcare, gathering their experiences in one place and improving their harmonization, all under the imperative of healthcare reform.

New Healthcare d.o.o. is a limited liability company founded in 2025 in Varaždin, Croatia. Although registered for several business activities, it’s core activity is the development and management of the New Healthcare online portal.
The company’s mission is to provide the international public with insights into the latest trends in the reform and improvement of diverse national healthcare systems. In addition to the portal as it’s primary information platform, New Healthcare d.o.o. plans to expand its activities through professional publications, online education and the organization of expert events.

VEDRAN KRULJAC, Ph.D.
He is international specialist for preparation, planning, evaluation, implementation and management of health sector projects certified by University for Peace established by the United Nations, The European Center for Peace and Development.
Before defending his doctoral thesis at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law, he trained at the Europa Institute of the Saarland University in Saarbrücken.
For 17 years he worked at the Special Hospital for Medical Rehabilitation in Varaždinske Toplice where, among other things, he was acting principal. Since 2022, he has been employed at the University North where he is currently a lecturer. He has published more than 20 scientific papers and professional articles. He is the founder and CEO of New Healthcare d.o.o. and the editor of the New Healthcare portal.
