Privacy Policy
We aim to drive meaningful changes in healthcare systems at both local and global levels.
LEGAL BASIS
The processing of your data is based on your consent, which is permitted under Article 6(1)(a) of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
You provide the above-mentioned data to the Publisher without any legal or contractual obligation. However, the processing of the data you provide is necessary for the Publisher to be able to send you the newsletter. Without this personal data, the Publisher cannot send you the newsletter.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge. Until the moment of withdrawal, the processing is lawful. If you wish to withdraw your consent, you can do so by simply clicking the “unsubscribe” link, or by sending an email to: info@newhealthcare.net, which will unsubscribe you from the newsletter. This option is also stated on the newsletter registration page.
STORAGE / DELETION
The withdrawal of your consent by unsubscribing from the newsletter will be automatically recorded in the newsletter database. This record means that you will no longer receive any new newsletters from the moment of unsubscription. Final deletion of your data will follow within one month from the date of your unsubscription, provided that applicable regulations do not prevent deletion.
DATA PROCESSOR
For the technical purposes of sending the newsletter, the Publisher uses the internet service Mailchimp as the data processor. This service acts as the data processor on behalf of the Publisher for the purpose of sending the newsletter. Your data is not shared with any other parties.

In addition, if you believe that the processing of personal data in any way violates your rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency.
DELIVERY OPTIMIZATION
